Patchwork Dance Festival: A Stage for Emerging Talent in Contemporary Dance

Patchwork Dance Festival is a modern and contemporary dance festival that offers a platform to young, talented dancers and choreographers. A must-see for dance enthusiasts, the festival has established itself as a recognized name within the Flemish dance scene.

This evening showcases fresh creations by emerging choreographers such as Ghent-based Amber Bosteels, Compagnie Ubuntu (Emma Baele), Luca Schietgat, and Unmasked Dancecollective (Julia Groels). Established Ghent-based companies will also premiere new work, including Allegro Dance Company (Maxime Dehaeze & Linde-Raven Depuydt), Compagnie J (Gwen Hamerlynck), and Cie j’art (Jonas Veeckman).

Additionally, you'll see performances by dance companies, dancers, and choreographers from across Flanders, including Mestiza Dancecompany (Paola Rojas), Matthew Decuyper, Complete (Pélé Van Eemeren), WILD (Lore Borremans), and Compagnie Cocon (Jennifer Regidor).
