AKO DOMA ★ LIKE AT HOME

This event is a unique opportunity to experience Slovak and Czech culture through music, dance, and connection. Whether you have roots in one of these regions or simply enjoy authentic folklore and a warm atmosphere – you are most welcome!

4:00 PM – Sar Khere Band
A musical project bringing together Slovak and Czech Roma artists, performing traditional songs from both countries. The name Sar Khere literally means like home.

4:20 PM – AkoDoma Folklore Association
AkoDoma is a Slovak folklore association active in Belgium since March 2018. It brings together around 30 enthusiasts of Slovak folklore – young and old, experienced dancers and complete beginners. Some members have lived in Belgium for decades, while others are recent arrivals.

A lively dance performance by the folkloric group.

A mixed Roma children's dance group from Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
