Amber Haddad Quintet . Concert will be moved

somewhere between Arabic music, Flamenco, jazz and pop

Amber Haddad  is a Belgian-Lebanese singer from Ghent. Together with her band, she explores her own unique sound somewhere between Arabic music, flamenco, jazz and pop. Always looking for new sounds, Amber Haddad delved into traditional Lebanese music and lost her heart to the song 'Ana la habibi' by the popular singer Fairuz. The music of Fairuz and other artists such as Mike Massy and Dhafer Youssef is blended with that of Simin Tander, Bon Iver, Avishai Cohen and Ella Fitzgerald, among others. Together with her own compositions, which clearly depict the character and individuality of the band, a nice balance is created between comfort and challenge, linked by the love for music and the applause of the audience.

A previously planned concert in 2021 was forced to become one via livestream. The title of the debut album 'Trust', released in 2022, perfectly reflects the confidence with which Amber and her Quintet have continued to believe in better times, which can be translated into this beautiful concert today!
