Grup Mecaz

Grup Mecaz was founded by the teachers of the Conservatory of Ege University in Izmir. The group brings a repertoire of both own compositions and contemporary arrangements of traditional songs from Anatolia.After their first album "Yalelli" that appeared in 2004 they released the album "Derun" in 2009 and in 2017 released the album "Heybe".
