HAMRAAZ DUO

Two comrades ('hamraaz' in Farsi) invite us on an enchanting musical journey through Iran. They present a diverse program that encompasses both urban classical music and traditional lively Kurdish folk music. Ancient poems by mystical Persian poets such as Rumi and Attar come to life through expertly woven classical melodies. There is room for a lot of improvisation and spontaneous dialogue between the various instruments. This musical encounter promises an engaging experience full of diversity and authenticity.
