MAGUARÉ . Gran Reserva

Free Club Concert

Maguaré means many things, but its essence lies in the indigenous drum that brings people together with its rhythms. This concept of unity and celebration gave life to Maguaré, a vibrant band that, for years, brought together people of different nationalities with the music of the Caribbean region, infused with the flavors of their homeland, in a format reminiscent of a big band.

Now, 16 years later, after an intense search for an identity that is neither from here nor there, the path opens to a new concept: "This new chapter allows us as individuals to contribute our own elements while navigating the rhythms and colors we already know, embracing the collective creation that jazz invites."

The new version of Maguaré delves into the roots of Colombian and Latin American music, blending them with jazz instruments. Melody, rhythm, and message come together in the hands of six musicians who take us on a journey full of experiences and emotions.
