This first Mé Yé Jam was curated by the versatile artist Joram Kunde Boumkwo, who is currently in residence at De Centrale. Whether you enjoy the music or join in yourself, let yourself be carried away by a mix of different styles. Come by De Centrale and experience the magic of the moment!
Joram Kunde Boumkwo is known for his solo project Kunde and the bands Ndugu and Indigo Mango. He regularly leads music workshops and sessions for various organizations. In his residency at De Centrale, he explores new ways to further develop his role as a creator, musician, and workshop facilitator.
This is the first of two jam sessions (the second one is on June 4th) that serve as a meeting place, learning and development opportunity, and breeding ground for future collaborations.
Tonight, our "main group" consists of Simon Derover, Owen Perry Weston, Creo Cristoria, and Jerome Pringiers, with special guest CALYA J.
