The Poelbal on May, 1st is gradually becoming a classic. During this ball                                       , the pupils of the folk department of the academie in Ghent, give their best. A big folk orchestra of accordions, bagpipes, violins, guitars and singers led by Jeroen Laureyssens, Birgit Bornauw, Jeroen Knapen, Ann-Sofie Noppe en Naomi Vercauteren will play the dance for you.
Afterwards we are spoiled with the virtuoso sounds and swinging songs of Duo Deschepper Sanczuk.
Perfect for a nice family get together!
At 15 .00 starts the dance initiation and at 16.00 begins the ball.
