Cloud Nova

Cloud Nova is a Belgian dream-pop duo that emerged at the end of 2024 from the friendship between Claudia Rhode and Ode Maertens. Their music unites two worlds: Claudia’s background in pop jazz and Ode’s classical roots blend into a dreamy, organic sound with an intense creative explosion.
Inspired by artists such as Aurora, Banks, and Bon Iver, but also by classical works, Cloud Nova creates a unique mix of natural and electronic elements. Sounds from nature—like water, wind, and leaves—are transformed into ambient layers and beats, making their songs an ode to nature.
After a successful summer with performances at the Gentse Feesten and their first single Hypnotize, the duo is working on a debut EP. Cloud Nova is ready to let their enchanting world grow further—on stage and beyond.
