Roma gypsi band

The Roma Gypsi Band is a warm‑hearted musical ensemble of Czech and Slovak musicians who bring the rich traditions of Gipsy and Balkan music to life. Their music radiates emotion, virtuosity and pure joy of playing. As a delightful surprise, they regularly weave jazzy accents and classical elements into their repertoire, creating a unique and multifaceted listening experience.

Two of the band members, the Surmaj brothers, spent many years performing with Gipsy CZ, a group that gained international recognition as the first Czech band ever to play at Glastonbury and that represented the Czech Republic at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2009. Together with their two companions, the brothers guarantee exceptional musical quality and stage experience.
