SHELBY OUATTARA

Shelby Ouattara is a Belgian-Ivorian singer, songwriter, and vibrant musical explorer. She first gained attention on The Voice Belgique with her warm, powerful voice and radiant presence. Her music blends soul, pop, and afro-latino influences, with her debut single Happy People showcasing joyful rhythms inspired by samba and afrobeat. Singing in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese, Shelby draws deeply from Brazilian culture, even performing and learning samba in Brazil. She’s also reconnecting with her Ivorian roots by learning Dioula and performing on national media in Côte d’Ivoire. Her multicultural journey shapes a unique sound full of warmth, rhythm, and authenticity. For the ENTR concert, she will be joined by a percussionist.
