At the end of the year, we encourage our students to engage in ‘musical encounters’ through an ensemble workshop involving various instruments.

On Friday, June 20 and Saturday, June 21, our students will have the opportunity to play not only familiar pieces they’ve learned throughout the year, but also explore new works together with their fellow musicians.

This mini workshop will culminate in a performance moment on Sunday, June 22 during our annual Students On Stage event.

The students of De Centrale’s Music Ateliers — both children and adults — will take to the stage of the Turbinezaal to share their musical creations, whether it’s their first time performing or not. With joy and enthusiasm (and perhaps a touch of stage fright), they’ll present the results of a year full of dedicated strumming, drumming, and bowing to family, friends, supporters, and music lovers.

Together with their teachers, they warmly invite you to join them for this festive closing event of the 2024–2025 school year.
