The Los Angeles Side Hustle is an American Roots trio featuring Marcus Watkins, Eric Holden and Bill Barrett. Drawing from the roots of the American songbook—blues, R&B, swing and early soul—they channel the spirit of artists like Louis Jordan, Professor Longhair, Sister Rosetta Tharpe and Sonny Boy Williamson.

With decades of collective experience, the band members have performed and recorded with a wide range of renowned artists across genres, bringing deep groove, musical storytelling and seasoned craftsmanship to every performance.
