Women's position in Iran + Bomrani

The evening will start with a panel discussion in which the position of women in Iran will be highlighted.

Homa Arkani: Master visual arts & women's rights activist
Mahdiyeh T. Khiabani: PhD literature studies & women's rights activist
Ladan Rah: Doctor in the gender and diversity studies & women's rights activist

Badra Djait: Host and moderator

Bomrani is an Iranian experimental band that was founded in 2008 by Behzad Omrani. In the past, the band collaborated several times with the Tehran City Theater for the composition of music for theater pieces and film productions. Bomrani released several albums, and is currently working on a European tour.
