Zuhal Olcay *

Zuhal Olcay is a famous Turkish actrice and singer from Istanbul. After a course at the Ankara Conservatory and a theater education she worked for more than ten years for different theaters in Istanbul, Izmir and Ankara. During this 'acting' period she could be seen in pieces such as 'Empty Cradle', 'Crazy Dumrul' and 'Othello'. Through her interpretation of the role of Eva Peron in the musical Evita in 1989, Zuhal Olcay was also recognized as a singer in addition to being an actress. The enormous success of Evita meant the start of a successful musical career. She worked together with Onno Tunc, Mehmet Teoman, Vedat Sakman, Selim Atakan, Bulent Ortacgil and Gurol Agirbas.
Zuhal Olcay won several prizes for her performances in TV programs, theater performances and films. As a singer she now has six solo albums to her name.
