A tasty mix of flavors and colors

This brand new band is named after the band members' favorite Chinese chili sauce. Just like the sauce, they want their music to make the listener yearn for more.  The ingredients blended together in this mix are jazz, funky grooves, catchy melodies and Congolese music.  Joachim's original compositions were seasoned with Tister's Lingala lyrics; traditional Congolese songs were arranged with rich harmonies and unusual instrumentation, without forgetting the traditional sound and instruments like the ditumba, an impressive drum from Katanga.  Much like the music itself, the band is an international mix of musicians from Belgium, Congo, Cuba and Spain, each of them putting their whole soul into this project
