ANTONIO LIZANA is one of the most celebrated representatives of the new flamenco jazz scene from southern Spain. As a jazz saxophonist, flamenco singer and composer, he and his band have given more than three hundred concerts in more than 30 countries over the past three years. Antonio Lizana grew up in San Fernando - near Cádiz - together with Sevilla and Jerez de la Frontera, the cradle of flamenco singing. From a young age, Lizana collaborated with numerous artists from the area. He was one of the few Spanish artists to record an American NPR Tiny Desk concert and collaborated with artists such as Arturo O'Farrill and Alejandro Sanz on albums that went on to receive Grammy Awards. Antonio Lizana has also collaborated with Snarky Puppy, Marcus Miller, Chano Domínguez, Alfredo Rodríguez, Ari Hoenig, Jorge Drexler, India Martínez, Jorge Pardo, Shai Maestro, Chambao, José Mercé, Josemi Carmona, Carmen Linares and Pepe Habichuela. Lizana's performances have been described as a "breathtaking journey from flamenco roots to contemporary jazz".

MYRDDIN DE CAUTER, the youngest son of Koen De Cauter, is a phenomenon. He learned to play the clarinet at a young age and traveled through jazz and gypsy swing, as well as classical music and many other styles. Very early on, he forged his own personality on the instrument. At the age of 14 he discovered the richness and originality of the flamenco guitar. He took lessons with flamenco masters Gerardo Nuñez, Manolo Sanlucar, Enrique De Melchior and Rafael Riqueni. Myrddin is not just any flamenco guitarist, but an exceptional talent that manages to fuse both technical virtuosity and a deep lyrical experience into one. On his album 'Rosa de Papel' he demonstrates his incredible skills as a composer and guitarist, proof that great flamenco virtuosos don't necessarily have to come from Spain.
Myrddin (flamenco guitar), David Sancho (piano), Shayan Fathi (drums), Jesús Caparrós (electric bass), Mawi de Cádiz (flamenco dance and backing vocals), Antonio Lizana (saxophone and vocals)
