1962. Mali enjoys its newly acquired independence. The youth of Bamako dances the twist on Western rock and roll music and dreams of political renewal. Samba, the son of a wealthy merchant, lives up to the revolutionary ideal. He travels around the country to explain the virtues of socialism to the population. But besides his love for the party, he also cherishes great love for dancing. While on a mission in the capital, he meets Lara, a forcibly married young girl whose beauty and determination overwhelms Samba. But both Samba and Lara know their love is under threat.

Edward Buadee, born in Ghana, came to Belgium in 1984 and before anyone knew it, Skyblasters was born. The band performed at the Gentse Feesten, Pukkelpop, Lokerse Feesten, Sfinks Festival, Seaside Festival and Mano Mundo. But after 5 years, the band decided to break up, much to everyone's regret and disbelief. To the satisfaction of the fans, several reunions followed. The ever smiling Edward Buadee came back with his own band, simply called BUADEE, with which he developed his own repertoire and after 3 singles, released the CDs "WHY" and "TAKE IT EASY".
Now in 2023, BUADEE presents old and new repertoire with a solid new band on April 29, 2023. Good vibes guaranteed.
