Privacy
Your privacy is important. Therefore, your personal data will only be used within the framework of the activities of De Centrale itself (customer administration, practical information, etc.). Your personal data will never be passed on to third parties.
Cancellation
Cancellation of a workshop or course is possible. Up to 1 month before the start of the activity, we will refund the registration fee in full, minus 15% administrative costs. If the cancellation occurs later than 1 month before the start, we cannot provide any refund.
Visual Material
De Centrale may use visual material (photos and videos) in which (one or more) individuals are not specifically and deliberately highlighted to provide information about our activities (courses, workshops, presentations, performances, etc.). A group photo of a class during a lesson or a recording of a student concert is an example of this.
These images may be made public via our website, electronic newsletter, and/or social media channels. Photos/videos may also be used in other promotional channels (brochures, posters, flyers, etc.). Occasionally, photos may also be sent to the press.
