Your privacy is important. Therefore, your personal data will only be used within the context of De Centrale’s own activities (customer administration, practical information, etc.). Your personal data will never be shared with third parties.
Unsubscribing
It is possible to unsubscribe from a course or workshop. If cancellation occurs up to 1 month before the start of the activity, the registration fee will be fully refunded, minus 15% administration costs.
If cancellation takes place less than 1 month before the activity starts, we can no longer offer a refund.
Images and Media
De Centrale may use visual material (photos and videos) in which one or more people are not specifically or intentionally highlighted, for the purpose of providing information about our activities (such as courses, workshops, showcases, performances, etc.). Examples include a group photo of a class during a lesson or a recording of a student concert.
These images may be made public via our website, electronic newsletter, and/or social media channels. Additionally, they may also be used in other promotional materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, etc. Occasionally, photos may also be sent to the press.
Right to Object
Individuals who object to the use of visual material in which they are clearly recognizable may report this at any time. In such cases, the relevant material will be removed or no longer used.
Minors
When minors are clearly and specifically visible in an image, prior consent is requested from the parents or legal guardian.
