Sudan is experiencing one of the largest humanitarian crises in the world. War, violence, and mass displacement have plunged the country into deep misery. From Ghent, we are organizing a benefit concert, with all proceeds going to the Red Cross, which provides life-saving aid on the ground.
The program includes performances by Myrddin De Cauter, Ledebirds (conducted by Dick van der Harst), and Lieven Tavernier. In addition, we will host a short conversation with a representative of the Red Cross and MO journalist Tom Claes about the current situation in Sudan.
