On February 6, Turkey and Syria were hit by two particularly strong earthquakes. The havoc is enormous, both materially and especially humanly.
Many employees of De Centrale feel very involved - some have acquaintances, friends and relatives among the victims - and want to make their modest contribution to the relief efforts for the victims in Turkey and Syria through the organization of a Musical Benefit.

The proceeds of the benefit will be transferred in full to Belgian Red Cross-Flanders.
The money raised is used through the national associations for direct humanitarian aid to the people affected by the earthquakes. The Belgian Red Cross-Flanders is in close contact with those national associations in the area.
The Turkish Red Crescent and the Syrian Red Crescent can use all the support. Right from the start of the disaster, they offered the most acute aid, ranging from rescue operations in the affected areas, to providing medical aid to providing housing for the victims who no longer have shelter.
