Profile

• Relevant experience as a chef
• Interest in world cuisine
• Experience with catering is an asset
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Flexible and stress-resistant
• Knowledge of HACCP
• Stock management & food cost
• Creative
• Coaching skills
• Willing to work evenings and weekends (closed on Sundays and Mondays)
